Service Description
Louisiana Pest Control provides professional pest management and extermination services to residential and commercial clients throughout the state of Louisiana. Our services include, but are not limited to, inspection and identification of pest infestations, treatment applications for insects, rodents, termites, and other common pests native to the Gulf South region, preventative maintenance programs, moisture control solutions, and wildlife removal in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations. Specific treatment methods, products used, and service frequencies will be determined based on individual property conditions, pest pressures, and the terms outlined in your signed service agreement. We utilize integrated pest management approaches tailored to Louisiana's unique climate challenges, including high humidity, frequent rainfall, and extended warm seasons that contribute to persistent pest activity. All services are performed by licensed technicians in compliance with regulations established by the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, Structural Pest Control Commission.
No Guarantee or Warranty
Louisiana Pest Control does not provide any express or implied guarantees, warranties, or assurances regarding the complete elimination of pests from your property or the prevention of future infestations. Pest control results vary significantly based on environmental conditions, structural integrity of buildings, neighboring properties, weather events, and factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to hurricanes, flooding, and extreme temperature fluctuations common to Louisiana. While we employ industry-standard practices and licensed products, we cannot warrant that treatments will achieve complete eradication or that pests will not return. Any representations made by our technicians constitute professional opinions and estimates, not guarantees of outcome. You acknowledge that pest management is an ongoing process requiring cooperation between the property owner and our service team, and that no treatment can create an absolute pest-free environment.
User Responsibilities
As a client of Louisiana Pest Control, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your property, existing pest conditions, previous treatments, and any health sensitivities of occupants including allergies, respiratory conditions, or pregnancy. You must ensure access to all areas requiring treatment, secure pets in accordance with our pre-treatment instructions, remove or protect food preparation surfaces and children's toys, and inform us of any well water systems, cisterns, or sensitive environmental features on your property. You agree to follow all post-treatment instructions provided by our technicians, including ventilation requirements, re-entry timelines, and cleaning restrictions. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may reduce treatment effectiveness and void any limited service commitments. You are responsible for maintaining structural integrity of your property, addressing moisture issues, and eliminating conducive conditions that attract pests. You must promptly report any adverse reactions, pest activity persistence, or concerns following treatment to our office.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Louisiana Pest Control and its owners, employees, agents, and subcontractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of use, business interruption, or emotional distress. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve-month period preceding the event. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, whether contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise. We are not liable for damage to landscaping, ornamental plants, or exterior finishes resulting from necessary treatment applications. You expressly assume the risk of any adverse reactions by occupants or pets to treatment products, despite our use of EPA-registered materials applied according to label specifications.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from or relating to services provided by Louisiana Pest Control shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action, proceeding, or dispute resolution shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to this venue based on inconvenience or lack of jurisdiction. These terms are subject to all applicable regulations of the Louisiana Structural Pest Control Commission and the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable under Louisiana law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
